"Something just felt off with the site"
I don’t know, the whole site just felt frustrating from the start. I had a hard time finding what I needed, the pages were loading slowly, and the checkout process didn’t feel clear at all. After a while, my gut was basically telling me this wasn’t worth the hassle, so I gave up.

"I’ve had a good experience..."
I’ve had a good experience overall. The quality is solid and ordering is simple enough, but I do feel like the prices can add up fast. Some items seem totally worth it, while others feel a little overpriced for what you actually get. I’d probably still order once in a while, just not as a regular weekly thing. Has anyone else felt like some items are a better deal than others?

"That pickup experience really stuck with me"
I chose a pickup time thinking it would be quick and easy, but I still ended up standing around for almost half an hour. I remember feeling so frustrated just trying to figure out where to go because the signs were confusing, and the people working there didn’t seem to know where my order was either. By the time I finally got it, I was already annoyed and wishing I hadn’t bothered. the whole thing felt like more hassle than it was worth.

"Order was mostly right"
I ordered a few produce items and some dairy, and most of it was totally fine. But I did get the wrong lettuce, and one item was missing, which was annoying since I had planned meals around everything. They did reply after I emailed them, so that part was okay. Not a terrible experience, just feels like they really need to double-check orders a bit better

I ordered from farmfreshva.com, and the food was good once it finally got here. The only thing was the delivery timing. It was supposed to arrive during the window they gave me, but it ended up coming later, so I was kind of stuck waiting around longer than I planned. Not the end of the world, just... I mean, it was a little annoying. I’d probably order from them again, but I really hope they get the delivery timing a bit more on track.

"Wasn’t fresh like I hoped"
I got my order some of the veggies was already soft and turning brown. The fruit didn’t even make it a full day before going bad. I was disappointed because I really expected fresher stuff from a farm delivery.

"Produce was a little hit or miss"
Some of the produce was actually really fresh and tasted great, but a couple things were already getting soft by the next day. It wasn’t TERRIBLE or anything, I just expected a little better for the price. I’d probably order again, but I’d be more picky about what I choose next time.

"Not much local selection"
Not gonna lie, I was expecting farmfreshva.com to have way more local options than it did. I went in hoping to find a good mix of fresh Virginia products, but the selection felt limited, and a bunch of the stuff I wanted was either missing or out of stock.
For a site that sounds like it’s all about local farm-fresh food, I just thought there’d be more variety from nearby farms. It was kind of a letdown, and I don’t really see myself using it again

"Didn’t Feel Clean Enough for Me"
I stopped in hoping to pick up a few things, but the store just didn’t feel clean to me. The floors looked like they could really use a mop, and I noticed crumbs and dust on some of the shelves. I’m picky about where I shop, and the whole place just felt a little neglected, so I ended up leaving quickly.

I’ll give them credit, they do have some really nice organic options and a few specialty items that I don’t usually find at other stores. I’m not saying it’s a bad place at all, because there are definitely things worth checking out. But the prices felt a little high to me, and a couple of things I wanted were out of stock when I went. "Took a while and didn’t really fix it"
I reached out to customer service and it took way longer than I expected to hear back. When they finally replied, it didn’t really clear things up or help much with the issue. They mentioned something about checking on it, but I’m still not sure what happened with that.

I look at the weekly sales every now and then. Some of the prices are good, but the promos seem to change really fast, and a few things dont always ring up right at checkout.

"Helpful staff, just a little slow"
Am I the only one who really appreciates when customer service doesn’t make you feel like you’re being annoying? The staff was genuinely nice when I asked about my order, and they responded in a friendly way, which I did appreciate.
The only downside was that it took longer than I expected to actually get a clear answer. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just more average than anything. I’d probably use them again, but I wouldn’t expect super quick replies.
